Our Goals  Webelos is a program for 4th grade cub scouts to prepare to join a Scouts BSA troop while learning outdoor skills and participating in 20 different activity badges. A well-run den of Webelos is a gradual change from being an 'adult-run' den to being a 'scout-run' patrol ready to fit right into an adventurous scouting troop.

Summary The Webelos program prepares a scout for work on the final rank of Arrow of Light (AOL) in cub scouting.
